Quick Fizz
Quick Fizz is a fine powder that gives coated sweets a sour effervescent effect. The encapsulation of the sodium bicarbonate allows for producing stable coated goods without their crust bursting. The effervescent effect is only released upon chewing.
Quick Flash
Quick Flash is a ready-made powder mixture that contains ammonium chloride. It gives the center or the surface of coated goods a spicy-salty flavor. The use of Quick Flash allows for the production of stable coated products while preventing damage to the sugar layers due to salt migration.
Application
Quick Fizz
Quick Fizz ist zur Herstellung von sprudelnden Hart- oder Weichzuckerdragees, Schokoladendragees sowie für zuckerfreie Produkte geeignet. Zu Herstellung von Drageeprodukten mit Quick Fizz wird eine spezielle Dragiertechnologie zur Isolation des Sprudeleffekts angewendet.
Quick Flash
Quick Flash eignet sich für die Anwendung im inneren des Dragees sowie zum Abstreuen der fertigen Drageeoberfläche. Es ist für Hart- und Weichzuckerdragees geeignet.
