Quick Sol GS: declaration-friendly gloss agent for uneven surfaces.

Quick Sol GS is a glucose-based chocolate glazing agent which, due to its oil content, produces a stable high gloss even on uneven dragee surfaces. In addition, the application of Quick Sol GS makes it possible to dispense with shellac sealing in most applications.

Quick Sol GS thus creates a glossy surface on all types of chocolate dragees in just one step. Thanks to its special composition, Quick Sol GS is also an extremely declaration-friendly chocolate glazing agent and therefore particularly suitable for "clean label" applications.

Shine with Quick Glossplus under difficult conditions

Quick Glossplus is a liquid, ready-to-use glossing and sealing agent for chocolate and compound dragees. The water-based and alcohol-free gloss agent enables the formation of a uniform and stable high gloss surface, even at high temperatures, high humidity or only low air supply possibilities at the coating kettle.

It can be used universally and always promises good results with the finished product.  The finished product is well protected against oil and moisture migration. The high-gloss chocolate and/or compound dragees do not stick to each other or to the packaging. Quick Glossplus also completely or largely eliminates the need for shellac or other sealing agents for dragees.
The uncomplicated handling, the low dosage as well as the fast drying of Quick Glossplus are a guarantee for optimal coating results.

BIO Quick Shine: BIO-certified shine agent for chocolate dragees

Quick Shine - a gum arabic-based glazing agent for chocolate dragees, creates a long-lasting high gloss on the dragee surface in a short time. Quick Shine is a ready-to-use, aqueous shine solution and also acts as a protective film on the dragee surface.

Quick Shine is also available in BIO-certified quality. In the recipe of the BIO shine agent, the palm oil content has been replaced by BIO-certified sunflower oil. BIO Quick Shine thus allows the professional production of high-gloss BIO chocolate dragees.

EU-BIO Quick Shine consists of selected, BIO-certified raw material components and is available in a highly concentrated solution. We completely avoid preservatives in the formulation of this shine agent and allow the user an individual setting of the dry substance defined to the shine process before application.
